With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation built on repeat clients, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a premium aged care development and future projects within their portfolio.

THE ROLE
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial construction projects.
- Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Oversee programme, procurement, cost control and commercial outcomes.
- Lead fast-paced fitout and refurbishment works within operational environments.
- Manage project risks while ensuring safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance across project delivery teams.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong background delivering high-value fitout, refurbishment or complex building projects.
- Experience managing projects in live environments such as aged care, education or similar sectors.
- Ability to lead fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident leader who can drive successful project outcomes.
