THE ROLE
- Manage the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Monitor programme, budget, procurement and project performance.
- Work closely with site teams to achieve quality and delivery objectives.
- Manage project documentation, variations and commercial requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering government, education or community projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and project delivery.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and project requirements.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team.
