They are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team and contribute to a diverse pipeline of upcoming projects.

THE ROLE

• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for a diverse range of commercial construction projects.
• Review project documentation, drawings, specifications and scope requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Analyse project risks, exclusions, inclusions and commercial requirements.
• Work closely with the construction and project delivery teams throughout the tender process.
• Assist with procurement strategies and ensure tender submissions
• are delivered within required timeframes.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.

YOU

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction.
• Strong experience estimating commercial construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Experience with projects such as education, health, aged care, community, leisure or government.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs, subcontractor pricing and procurement.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Confident reviewing complex documentation and identifying project risks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
