3D Recruitment has been engaged with an established commercial builder to appoint an experienced Project Manager to their Melbourne team. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with genuine responsibility across project delivery, commercial performance and stakeholder management, working on quality projects within a well-established business.

THE ROLE

• Take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
• Drive programme, procurement, cost control and commercial performance across projects.
• Build effective working relationships with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of quality, safety, financial performance and construction progress.
• Manage project risks, variations and emerging issues with a proactive approach.
• Provide clear direction to project teams and drive accountability across delivery.
• Ensure projects achieve programme, budget and quality expectations.

YOU

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector.
• Strong track record delivering projects across education, healthcare, aged care, industrial, retail or similar sectors.
• Confident managing project teams, subcontractors and consultants throughout the build.
• Strong commercial understanding across budgets, procurement, variations and project controls.
• Excellent knowledge of construction programmes, contracts, risk and delivery processes.
• A proactive and accountable approach with a genuine focus on project outcomes.
