THE ROLE

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects.
• Take ownership of project planning, programming, cost control and delivery.
• Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Drive project performance against program, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Manage procurement, commercial outcomes, variations and contractual obligations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the business

YOU

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong track record delivering complex projects from commencement through to completion.
• Experience across commercial, institutional, infrastructure or specialist construction sectors.
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management capability.
• Confident leading project teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and cost management.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
