This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a highly organised Site Manager who can confidently coordinate trades, deliveries, building access and multiple stakeholders throughout a fast-paced CBD project..

THE ROLE

• Take ownership of day-to-day site operations across the penthouse fit-out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities to maintain programme and quality.
• Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain site organisation, sequencing and construction progress throughout the programme.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project moving.
• Ensure site activities are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and safety expectations..

YOU

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out or construction.
• Experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, retail, hotel or similar fit-out projects.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and site coordination.
• Confident managing subcontractors, trades and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme and site logistics.
• Excellent communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
