3D Recruitment is representing an established commercial fit-out and construction firm to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a unique lobby conversion project in Bayside & South Melbourne area. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a highly organised Site Manager who can confidently coordinate structural works, trades, deliveries, site logistics and multiple stakeholders across a fast-paced three-month programme.

THE ROLE
- Take ownership of day-to-day site operations across the project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities to maintain programme, quality and safety.
- Manage structural works, façade upgrades, fit-out activities and the sequencing of multiple trades.
- Maintain site organisation, logistics and construction progress throughout the three-month programme.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project moving.
- Ensure all site activities are delivered in accordance with programme, quality and safety expectations.
YOU
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out or construction.
- Experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, retail, hotel or similar fit-out projects.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and site coordination.
- Confident managing subcontractors, trades and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme and site logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
