PROJECTS

THE ROLE
Depending on your experience and the opportunity, you'll be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Maintaining high standards of OH&S, quality control and site presentation
- Managing site programmes, sequencing and project deadlines
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, consultants and project teams
- Monitoring site progress and proactively resolving construction issues
- Ensuring works meet project specifications and quality expectations
- Working closely with Project Managers and other key stakeholders
YOU
We're keen to hear from Site Managers across all levels, from those ready to step up into their first Site Manager role through to experienced Site Managers with a strong track record in commercial construction.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in commercial construction, fitouts, refurbishments or new builds
- Strong knowledge of site management, subcontractor coordination and construction sequencing
- A proactive approach to OH&S, quality and programme management
- The ability to lead trades and maintain strong working relationships on site
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in delivering quality projects and being part of a strong team
