Pipeline of work through to 2028 (most likely ALOT further)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Site Manager or Foreman role
- MUST have delivered projects as a Site Manager or Foreman overseeing all trades
- Carpentry background preferable (though not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end fitouts/refurbishments, from start to finish.
- Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
- Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
- Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
