With a strong pipeline of work across Victoria, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, initially delivering an Emergency & Rescue Services project in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

THE ROLE
- Manage the day-to-day site operations of commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Maintain project programmes, quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage site documentation, inspections and construction sequencing.
- Coordinate materials, trades and subcontractor requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and site operations.
- Experience delivering commercial building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site requirements while maintaining programme and quality.
- Trade or construction-related qualifications highly regarded.
