This opportunity is suited to a hands-on construction professional who enjoys being involved on site, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety standards and driving quality outcomes across commercial projects.

THE ROLE
- Manage daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain project progress.
- Monitor construction activities, quality standards and site compliance requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting and project records.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and subcontractors.
- Promote a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and successful delivery.
YOU
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site operations.
- Experience across commercial sectors including education, health, industrial or retail is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety requirements and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site priorities while maintaining project standards and timelines.
