Senior Estimator

3D Recruitment are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a hugely successful and unique Commercial builder, working on a a range of project within Health, Aged-care, Education, Multi-residential, Hotels, Leisure Centres and Community Projects up to $150m

THE ROLE

• Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
• Detailed take-offs.
• Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
• Mentor junior members of the team
• Delegate and Manage other team members.
• Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
• Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
• Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.

YOU 

• Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal 
• Have impeccable time management practices 
• Ability to effectively negotiate with subcontractors without undervaluing them  
• Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Victoria Construction Market
