ABOUT US
We're a growing team with a long history in Melboune's construction sector. We cover roles from Tier 1 businesses all the way to small start up construction firms. Ethics have always been at the very heart of what we do. We don't pick pocket our clients and we work on consistent repeat business, continuing to build lasting relationships.
We work smarter, not harder and we get results by collaborating, using automation tools, an exceptionally coded database and external training courses.
Results for us aren't how many placements you made, the results are the good placements you make. Does that person love their new role and does that business love their new colleague.

HOW DO WE RECRUIT?

• Automation tools to generate new candidate & client leads and help with aftercare
• Solid database of construction, property & architecture professionals and company contacts
• Terms of Business - All our clients have SIGNED terms, so you won't have hairy situations occur too often.

WHAT'S IN FOR YOU?

• Salary Package between $70,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience)
• PLUS an attractive Commission Structure
• Located at ANZAC Station/Shrine of Remembrance on St Kilda Road - coffee shops, cafes, woolies & maccas (naughty!) on your door step
• 5 Weeks annual leave
• Work From Home (WFH) - Office days 4 days per weeks
