Labourer (with Tickets)

Ready for your next project? 3D Recruitment is looking to connect experienced Construction Labourers with immediate and upcoming work across Melbourne. From live refurbs and fitouts to landscaping, demolition and school projects, we’re after hands-on workers who turn up, work hard and take pride in a tidy, safe site.

THE COMPANY

We partner with builders and contractors across Melbourne’s construction sector, supplying labour to projects ranging from commercial refurbishments and fitouts through to landscaping, demolition and education facilities. With work starting now and more coming up, we’re keen to meet labourers who bring a good attitude, solid site experience and a strong focus on safety.

WHAT YOU GET

• $37–$45 per hour depending on experience and tickets
• Daily travel allowance
• Superannuation paid weekly
• Short and long-term projects available

PROJECTS

You’ll have the chance to work across a range of environments, including:

• Commercial refurbishments and fitouts
• Landscaping projects
• Demolition and strip-out works
• Schools and other education facilities
• Live refurb and fitout sites across Melbourne

THE ROLE

You’ll be working alongside carpenters and other site trades, helping keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

• General site labouring and site cleans
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Assisting carpenters and other trades
• Strip-outs and demolition works
• Moving and loading building materials
• Concrete preparation and basic patching
• Installing and dismantling temporary handrails
• Landscape labouring and ground preparation
• Digging, trenching and basic drainage works
• Assisting with deliveries and site logistics

YOU

We’re interested in people who are practical, dependable and comfortable working on a construction site.

• Current Construction White Card
• Minimum 6 months construction experience
• Full PPE
• Reliable transport to get to sites across Melbourne
• Basic hand tools highly regarded
• Good work ethic, reliability and timekeeping
• Employee Working with Children Check highly regarded for education projects
• Additional tickets highly regarded, including EWP, Electrical Spotter, Telehandler/Manitou, Hoist, Traffic Control/Management, First Aid, Working at Heights, Forklift and plant tickets
