THE ROLE

• Take full ownership of projects from contract award through to practical completion and defects
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee contract administration, including variations, EOTs, progress claims and payment schedules
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Ensure programme, safety, quality and compliance requirements are met at every stage

YOU

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder
• Track record delivering projects in the $5m - $25m range
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience (AS2124 / AS4000)
• Confident leading project teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building or Engineering highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
