• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across commercial fitout, refurbishment, and new-build projects in Melbourne and surrounds
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage budgets, programs, contracts, and procurement
• Oversee design coordination and building services integration
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality site delivery
• Drive a strong safety and compliance culture
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical and commercial priorities
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project delivery within commercial construction and fitout Projects
• Strong financial, contractual, and program management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
• Proven ability to lead and develop project teams
• Desire to deliver quality outcomes while building lasting client relationships
