THE ROLE - Support the planning and delivery of residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
- Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, and project strategy.
- Liaise with councils and authorities on planning permits and approvals.
- Coordinate consultants across planning, design, engineering, and surveying.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Assist with internal reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Work closely with in-house construction to align on delivery plans and staging.
- Help ensure compliance with zoning, planning, and regulatory requirements.
YOU - 1–2 years' experience in property development, client-side advisory or consultancy
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction Management or a related field
- Exposure to residential or mixed-use developments highly regarded
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organised, commercially aware and enthusiastic about learning
- Motivated to build a long-term career in development
