We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industrial and retail development projects, from feasibility and consultant engagement through to construction delivery, handover and asset transition.
This role is ideally suited to a Contract Administrator from a Head Contractor background who is commercially astute, contractually strong, and looking to move client-side into a development-focused position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the delivery of multiple industrial and retail development projects from early design through construction and handover
- Oversee consultant engagement including architects, engineers, planners, cost consultants and project managers
- Ensure project outcomes align with approved development briefs, feasibility models, budgets and programs
- Coordinate authority approvals and compliance with planning and statutory requirements
- Attend and lead project control group (PCG) and consultant meetings
- Act as the developer-side commercial lead, drawing on strong contract administration experience
- Review, negotiate and manage consultant agreements, construction contracts and amendments
- Review contractor claims, variations and notices with a strong understanding of construction methodology
- Challenge cost, scope and program where required using commercial and contractual rigour
