- Preparing and submitting RFIs, progress claims, and project documentation
- Producing detailed cost / financial reports (Highly Important)
- Procuring materials and subcontractor pricing at competitive rates
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders – site teams, architects, and subcontractors
- Breaking down, vetting, and awarding subcontractor packages
- Managing and assessing variation claims from subcontractors
- Overseeing project compliance across multiple systems and platforms
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction related discipline.
- Absolute Minimum of 2 years experience as a contract administrator (ideally with apartment / luxury residential experience)
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
