WHAT YOU GET - $120,000 – $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

PROJECTS - Small, Medium & large multi level residential projects
- Typical project values range from $20m – $60m
- Medium end with bespoke finishes and services
THE ROLE - Assist project manager with responsibility – help run the project from ground-breaking to handover
- Administer and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive program and cost control
- Assist with cost reporting, budget tracking, forecasting and commercial tracking
- Client and consultant liaison where appropriate
- Support procurement activities, including tendering and negotiation of contract terms
YOU - MUST HAVE Proven track record on multi level residential new-build projects (50 unit+ projects)
- Strong tenure with previous employers (Tier 3 apartment builders in Australia)
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Proactive and driven self motivator who takes action before mistakes happen
