THE ROLE - Manage contracts, variations, and subcontractor documentation
- Prepare progress claims, payment schedules, and financial reporting
- Support project teams with procurement, compliance, and risk management
- Monitor project budgets and assist in forecasting
- Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
YOU - Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and project documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to work within large project teams
