3D Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator to join this established T3 builder. Working alongside the senior leadership team, you will help deliver exciting commercial projects!
THE COMPANY A process-driven commercial construction firm that specialises in education and local government projects, with a specific focus on customer service. They are established yet fast-growing, with an extensive pipeline of work and a strong stream of repeat clients. They have recently brought on some heavy hitters in the industry and are poised for significant growth!
WHAT YOU GET - $120,000 – $150,000 total package (negotiable based on experience)

THE ROLE - Assist the Project Manager with full responsibility – help run the project from ground-breaking to handover
- Administer and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive program and cost control
- Assist with cost reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and commercial tracking
- Client and consultant liaison where appropriate
- Support procurement activities, including tendering and negotiation of contract terms
YOU - MUST HAVE proven track record on commercial projects (fit-out and new build is fine)
- Strong tenure with previous employers (Tier 3/4 builders preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Proactive and driven self-motivator who takes action before mistakes happen
