3D Recruitment have partnered with an established, stable developer based in the inner South East who are looking to bring on an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team to work on a $30m Apartment project in Sandringham. This is a full time, permanent role where you will then roll onto other projects of a similar nature.

YOUR NEW ROLE
- In charge of all commercial administration on the project
- Manage the subcontract vetting and letting process
- Forecast and cost-track the financial expenditure of the project
- Manage any subcontractor variation claims
- Work alongside the PM and Site team to ensure the project is delivered successfully
- Local experience in a Contract Administrator role working on Apartment projects here in Melbourne
- Tertiary degree or trades background
- Ideally experience in delivering projects from start to finish
- Ability and ambition to commit to a company for the medium-long term
- Solid understanding and ability in regards to the CA duties
- Work for the Developer – a more stable pipeline where the margins are healthier
- A company with a solid financial track record, they pay their trades on time
- Opportunity to move into a PM role in the near future
- All projects are East/SE suburbs, great for someone who lives locally
