THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team and help drive commercial outcomes across a busy pipeline of fitout projects. You’ll be working closely with Project Managers and Site teams, managing procurement, contracts, cost tracking and progress claims.
Key role duties are as follows:
  • Manage end-to-end contract administration, including procurement, tendering, letting packages, and preparing progress claims and variations.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure accurate reporting to support successful delivery.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the project team to coordinate timelines and resolve issues promptly.
YOU
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction 
  • Strong background in fitout or refurbishment projects
  • Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial projects between $5m - $30m across diverse sectors 
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple construction software platforms 
  • Confident with contracts, procurement, cost tracking and progress claims
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
