- Commercial, Industrial and general building projects ranging from $5m - $30m+
- Full contract administration across multiple projects including variations, EOT claims, progress claims and financial reporting.
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting to senior management.
- Managing contractual correspondence, RFIs and notices.
- Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Typically working across 2-4 live projects at any one time.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Proven Contract Administration experience on commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects $10m+.
- Experience in airport or highly regulated environments highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts (preferably AS4000 / AS2124 or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
