This opportunity involves leading the design process for a single, high-end apartment development, ensuring design integrity and excellence from inception to completion.

THE ROLE

  • Facilitate design meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and innovation

YOU
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager within the residential construction sector
  • Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire design teams to achieve project goals
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
