We’re seeking a Development Manager to support the planning and delivery of a growing pipeline of residential, mixed-use, and master planned community developments across Melbourne’s north and west. THE ROLE - Support the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects from planning through to handover.
- Assist with feasibility assessments, due diligence and project strategy development.
- Coordinate town planning, permit applications and approvals with councils and authorities.
- Manage consultants across design, engineering, and surveying to meet project milestones.
- Track programs, budgets, and key project deliverables with support from senior team members.
- Liaise with internal construction teams to align on delivery, buildability and staging.
- Prepare project reports and updates for internal stakeholders and development leadership.
- Ensure all works align with planning, zoning and compliance requirements.
YOU - 2–4 years’ experience in property development, client-side, or advisory roles.
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Planning or a related field.
- Solid understanding of residential planning, approvals and delivery processes.
- Confident working with councils, consultants and internal teams to move projects forward.
- Strong communicator with well-rounded stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused.
- Exposure to masterplannned communities, townhouses, or land subdivisions is a bonus
