- Strong focus on quality, safety, and delivering on time across all projects.
- Project ranging from $1m - $20m
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
- Detailed take-offs.
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
- Take ownership of tenders from start to finish – from initial brief through to submission and project completion
- Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Have excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate with subcontractors without undervaluing them
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Melbourne Construction or Fitout/Refurb Industry
- Minimum 3 years + Experience
