3D Recruitment are seeking an Estimator / CA to join a hugely successful, award winning and local Bendigo builder!

A specialist in construction across regional Victoria, with an office in Bendigo and focussed on local projects, as well as the greater Bendigo region. They deliver both residential and commercial projects, offering end-to-end support from feasibility and cost planning through design, project management and construction. The Role
Using your existing knowledge of the Bendigo Construction Industry pricing, as an Estimator / Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for measuring, pricing, sub letting packages as well as negotiating for the best quality trades & materials for your projects. When tendering is quiet, you will help deliver these projects, giving you a first hand involvement in the projects you helped win. A great way to sharpen your skills on details and construction methodology, whilst ahving a greater impact on the business as a whole. Other duties will include;

- Create a Bill of Quantities
- Complete Take Offs
- Communication with all stakeholders - Construction Manager, Site Team, Architects & Sub Contractors
- Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation
- Managing project budgets and forecasts
- Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports
Ideally your background will be with an established local Bendigo builder builder. Other skills you will possess;
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline.
- Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple projects between $1m - $10m in value.
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
- Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
