A repeat client of 3D Recruitment are searching for an experienced Estimator to help them to continue succesfully tender projects for their clients.

- Projects between $1m - $17m
- Experience using Cubit Software
- Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Have impeccable time management practices
- Ability to effectively negotiate with subcontractors without undervaluing them
- Relevant tertiary qualification (not essential)
- Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Melbourne Construction or Fitout/Refurb Industry, within retail environments
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
- Detailed take-offs.
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Delegate and Manage other team members.
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
- Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
- Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.
