Finishes Foreman

3D Recruitment is seeking an experienced finishes foreman to join a successful T3 commercial construction company for a state of the art Aquatic centre project in the Geelong area.

THE COMPANY
A well established commercial construction company that builds a diverse range of project from Schools, government, multi level res and more. They are well known for their strong process, ability to build on tim, on budget and creating award winning and lasting projects! 

WHAT YOU GET

• $160,000 - $200,000 Total Salary Package

• ability to diversify your project experience with a great covering of project types

THE ROLE & YOU

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Site Manager or Foreman role with specific experience in complicated services / finishes  
• MUST have delivered projects as a Site Manager or Foreman overseeing all relevant trades
• Experience with commercial pool/aquatic centre's would be held in very high regard 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent organising and problem-solving skills
• Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
