- Coordinating trades (Could be services, finishes or defecting)
- Supporting the Site Manager
- The project is in the ground and will require you to assist in running the structure through to handover.
- Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
- Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
- Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standard
- Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
- Previously delivered similar projects locally where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
- Trade qualification preferable though not essential
- Ambition to commit to the business long term
- Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
