WHAT YOU GET
- $140,000 – $180,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
- Clear progression pathway into Site Manager
- True job security – multi-year pipeline already secured
- No dick head policy
- Small, Medium & large multi level residential projects
- Typical project values range from $20m – $80m
- Assist site manager with responsibility – help run the project from ground-breaking to handover
- Assist and mentor site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Drive program, safety, quality and cost control
- Interpret drawings, manage RFIs, variations and procurement schedules
- Client and consultant liaison where appropriate
- Proactive issue resolution and detailed reporting to senior management
- MUST HAVE Proven track record on multi level residential new-build projects (50 unit+ projects)
- Strong tenure with previous employers (Tier 3 apartment builders in Australia)
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
- Extremely high attention to detail
