3D Recruitment are looking for 4x Foremen to join leading Tier 2 builders across various projects in Melbourne:
  • Structures Foreman - CBD - 22 Level Mixed-Use Tower
  • General Foreman Western Suburbs - 10 Level Apartment
  • Finishes Foreman - Western Suburbs - 10 Level Apartment
  • General Foreman to step into Site Management- Northern Suburbs - 4 Level Apartment

THE ROLE
  • Coordinating trades
  • Supporting the Site Manager
  • Ensuring the timelines and quality of their deliverables are met.
  • Working alongside the Project team to ensure timely delivery
  • Running toolbox meetings, inductions and OH&S standard
YOU
  • Experience in either a Site Manager or Foreman role in Melbourne and/or Australia.
  • Previously delivered similar projects locally where you have completed at least 1 from start to finish.
  • Trade qualification preferable though not essential
  • Experience on projects over $20m
  • Ambition to commit to the business long term
  • Ideally experience in Procore, Hammertech, Aconnex and other defect management software
