3D Recruitment are partnering with a well-established commercial builder growing their Melbourne team. They are seeking an intermediate Estimator to aid in there refurbishment and new build tenders!
WHAT YOU GET

PROJECTS
• Small Education projects
• Local government events centres and pavilion's
• Defense and Govt
• High end fit-out & Refurbishments
• Commercial remediation and refurbishment
THE ROLE
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Measuring and pricing using Cubit
• Supporting senior and estimating manager
• Site and client visits to assess costs
• Assist with subcontractor pricing and negotiations
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and scope documentation
• Identifying cost risks and value engineering opportunities
• Assisting in post-tender clarifications and handovers
YOU
• 2-3 years’ experience in estimating within commercial construction
• Ideally new build projects experience
• Defense project experience (highly regarded)
• Proficiency in Cubit, Blue beam and estimate one
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A team-oriented mindset and strong cultural alignment
• A strong desire to grow and learn, with the attitude to match!
