WHAT YOU GET

- Work alongside a Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Estimator

- Repeat clients with developers across commercial & industrial
- Car Showrooms, Warehouses, Logistics Facilities, Factories, Storage Facilities, Service Stations, Child Care centres - ALL D&C Projects
- Projects ranging from $3m - $20m
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works.
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
- Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
- Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.
- complete take-offs
- Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A desire to learn and push yourself to become better everyday
- Ability to effectively negotiate with subcontractors without undervaluing them
- Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Melbourne Industrial/commercial construction industry
- Have impeccable time management practices
- Relevant tertiary qualification
