PROJECTS - Retail Fitout Projects
- Some New Build works (maybe 10%)
- Project Vaues between $200k - $1m
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in construction, ideally on Retail or commercial projects working for a HEAD CONTRACTOR.
- Basic knowledge of contract administration and project coordination processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
THE ROLE - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for Retail projects.
- Support contract administration, including preparation and review of contracts, variations, and progress claims.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to project reporting
