WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced Contracts Administrator who is seeking a step up to a Project manager role
- A practical thinker, maybe even from a trade background (not essential)
- Experience on retail projects
- MUST have been working directly for a Head Contractor
- Apetite to function at a fast pace

- 90% fitout with 10% new build exposure

- Design & Construct projects with in-house design team
THE ROLE
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing your Contracts Administrators & Site Teams, as well as mentoring juniors in the business. Other duties will include:
- Managing the construction process.
- Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times.
