With a dedicated team and healthy pipeline of work, they’re looking to strengthen their HSEQ structure with an experienced OHS Manager.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all occupational health and safety systems across the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and improve the business's ISO 45001 safety management system
- Prepare and manage FSC / OFSC documentation and compliance
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
- Deliver safety training, inductions and toolbox talks
- Lead investigations, prepare reports and manage corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure proactive safety culture
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and best practice industry standards
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Safety Manager or Senior OHS Advisor in commercial construction
- Sound knowledge of ISO accreditation and FSC/OFSC compliance
- A proactive and collaborative approach to risk and safety management
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A genuine passion for safety, people, and continuous improvement
