3D Recruitment is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the estimating team at this T3 builder, working alongside the senior leadership team you will help shape the future pipeline and growth of this builder!

- $180,000 - $250,000 Total salary package
- Lead the estimating and pre-construction team on education, school, and local government projects
- Oversee the full tender and bid process from early client discussions through to contract award
- Prepare accurate budgets, cost plans, and estimates at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages
- Work closely with architects, clients, and consultants to review designs and suggest practical improvements
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to get competitive pricing and build strong relationships
- Identify risks early and help develop solutions to keep projects viable and profitable
- Hand over winning projects smoothly to the construction team with clear budgets and schedules
- Contribute to winning more work through strong client relationships and reliable delivery
- Proven experience leading pre-construction or atleast estimating teams
- Solid understanding of construction costs, buildability, and tender processes in Australia
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail and commercial focus
