- Schools, Community, Health, Government, Defence and Commercial Projects ranging from $1m - $20m
- Managing the pre-construction process from design development through to contract award and handover to site team.
- Lead estimating, tender preparation, value engineering, subcontractor procurement and buy-out.
- Manage design coordination, programming, risk assessment, budgeting and financial reporting in the pre-construction phase.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enhance processes with your building knowledge and guide team members.
- Be accountable for ensuring quality, safety and compliance from the earliest stages.
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline OR trade background.
- Experience on the above project types up to $20m, ideally in pre-construction, estimating or early project management.
- Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for positive outcomes.
- Experience working in high pressure situations.
