THE ROLE
Reporting to a Project Manager and working closely with the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you’ll manage key project elements to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing construction drawings and technical specs
• Assisting with tender negotiations, variations, and contract admin
• Coordinating & managing subcontractors
• Handling document control between site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Preparing work scopes and technical documentation
• Administering progress claims and variations
• Ensuring projects are on track with quality, budget, and program
• Supporting cost reporting and onsite operations

YOU

• Previous experience with a commercial head contractor/builder
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Solid documentation and contract administration knowledge
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
