- Other Commercial Builds builds between $30m - $120m
- Overseeing document control throughout the project.
- Supporting Estimators in preparing pre-qualifications and tender submissions.
- Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager across all construction phases, particularly design
- Ensuring all construction activities align with Company procedures, policies, WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act, and relevant Codes of Practice.
- Adhering to timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the MMS to effectively guide and educate others.
- Compiling required deliverables for practical completion.
- Managing project closure and document archiving.
- Experience in working for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer delivering on medium to large scale commercial projects.
- Local experience (Australia or Melbourne) is essential
- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
- Degree or qualification related to building and construction.
- Understanding of construction software and the ability to learn.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
