- Projects ranging from $20M - $80M
- Car Showrooms, Schools, Logistics Facilities, Storage Facilities, Aquatic centres, Leisure centres, Shopping Centres - ALL D&C Projects
- Administrative Support: Assists in developing and maintaining project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Support: Provides support to project teams, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitates communication between project stakeholders and team members, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress.
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Assists in identifying potential project risks and issues, helping to implement mitigation strategies.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A desire to learn and push yourself to become better everyday
- Experience on commercial new build projects
- Essential to have experience as an Project coordinator in the Melbourne Industrial/commercial construction industry
- Have impeccable time management practices
- Relevant tertiary qualification
