- Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, managing them from start to finish
- Oversee project teams, including Site Managers and Contract Administrators
- Control timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring strong financial outcomes
- Foster proactive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 3-4+ years’ experience managing commercial construction in Victoria
- Contract Administrator Background - lead from the front
- Comfortable working autonomously, with a results-first attitude
- Proficient in Procore (or similar software) and WHS/OHS systems
- Track record managing multiple live jobs under pressure
- Proactive, no-nonsense, results-driven approach—site-based experience non negotiable
