- Schools (primary & secondary), Early Learning Centres, Kindergartens, Childcare Facilities and Education-related projects ranging from $5m - $30m
- Full project management from inception through to handover and defects liability period.
- Lead the site team, manage program, subcontractors, safety, quality and financial performance.
- Oversee contract administration, variations, progress claims and cost reporting.
- Typically manage 1-2 projects at a time with direct site presence.
- Mentor and guide junior staff while ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or related discipline OR trade background with proven progression.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience on education, childcare or community projects $10m+.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
