Key Responsibilities
- Build client relationships to deliver a seamless, high-quality project experience.
- Oversee programming, forecasting, and administration of head contracts and subcontracts.
- Collaborate with Site Managers and Contract Administrators, to achieve project goals.
- Deliver projects valued up to $15M, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, timeline, and budget targets.
- Drive exceptional outcomes that reinforce the company's reputation for excellence and innovation.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven track record in delivering complex fit-outs, refurbishments, or ground-up builds.
- Confident in using Australian Standard contracts and modern project management tools.
- Strong communicator with leadership skills and a strategic, commercially focused mindset.
- Proactive, client-centric, and adept at independently managing project success.
