THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.
This role will suit a Project Manager who is hands-on, commercially astute, and confident managing stakeholders across clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects from commencement through to completion
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programs
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with time, cost, quality, and HSE requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Lead site meetings and manage all associated documentation
- Oversee site administration and ensure compliance with company systems and ISO standards
- Manage RFIs, procurement, and subcontractor tendering processes
- Provide buildability input and oversee quality assurance
- Prepare and present accurate monthly cost reports and forecasts
- Manage defects, commissioning, and final handovers
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction or retail projects
- Strong technical knowledge across the full construction lifecycle
- Experience with new build pad sites highly regarded
- Solid understanding of services coordination and authority approvals
- Demonstrated experience managing building permits and occupancy permits
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
- Sound knowledge of OHSEQ and ISO Safety/Quality/Environmental systems
