- Manage the construction process from inception through to completion
- Lead and mentor the delivery team, including site and contract administration staff
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and program management
- Chair safety meetings and promote a culture of safe, efficient work practices
- Drive quality control, compliance, and OHS&E procedures
- Contribute your building knowledge to enhance the delivery process and mentor others around you
- Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $15M – $30m
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing complex builds under pressure within large project teams
