Project Manager | Fitout & New Build

3D are partnered with an established and fast-growing builder who are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with solid construction management experience, including involvement in new build projects, who wants responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

ROLE
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of fit out and new build projects, working closely with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients and internal teams
• Drive programs, cost, quality and safety outcomes
• Provide on-site leadership while maintaining strong off-site coordination
• Play a key role in continuous improvement as the business expands

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion
• Oversee programs, cost control, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Lead and support site management teams to achieve safe delivery outcomes
• Manage design coordination, approvals, RFIs, and documentation control
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company systems
• Identify and implement efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives

YOU

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
• Exposure to new build/fitout and refurb projects
• Strong communicator with confident stakeholder engagement
• Organised, calm under pressure and solutions-orientated
