Project Manager | Fitout & Refurb

COMPANY 
3D are seeking an Project Manager for a highly successful and well-regarded fitout and refurbishment builder delivering a diverse range of projects across Melbourne. Known for strong leadership, repeat clients, and long-standing subcontractor relationships, the business prides itself on quality delivery, collaboration, and culture. 

THE ROLE

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full construction lifecycle across multiple projects
• Leading site teams, delivery teams, and contract administrators
• Program management, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Driving safety performance and leading site safety meetings
• Ensuring compliance with quality, OHS&E, and company systems
• Using your building knowledge to improve construction methodology and mentor others
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Office fitouts & spec suites
• Lobby, lift & end-of-trip upgrades
• Existing asset upgrades
• Industrial refurbishments
• Retail & supermarket upgrades
• Shopping centre & mall upgrades
• Live environment projects
• Smaller new builds

YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction (or similar) preferred but not essential
• Proven experience delivering commercial fitout/refurbishment projects
• Strong background managing projects valued between $2m–$15
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
