- Manage projects end-to-end from inception through to completion
- Oversee delivery teams, programs, contracts administration, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Lead safety meetings on-site and mentor team members in safe practices
- Apply strong building knowledge to enhance processes and guide your team
- Maintain accountability for quality control, safety management, and OHS&E procedures at all times
- Ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction
- Proven experience delivering multiple construction projects ranging from $2m – $30m
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Resilient under pressure and capable of leading large project teams in fast-paced environments
