- Manage the full construction process from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead your delivery team, drive the program, oversee contracts admin, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Run site safety meetings and foster a culture of safe work practices
- Contribute your technical building knowledge to improve delivery outcomes and mentor others
- Take ownership of Quality Control, Safety Management, and OHS&E compliance
- Ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction or a related discipline (experience valued equally)
- Background in managing fitout and refurbishment projects valued between $2M–$20M
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience in laboratory or technical facility fitouts will be highly regarded
