- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across commercial fitout, refurbishment, and new-build projects in Geelong and surrounds
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage budgets, programs, contracts, and procurement
- Oversee design coordination and building services integration
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality site delivery
- Drive a strong safety and compliance culture
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical and commercial priorities
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
YOU
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project delivery within commercial construction / fitout Projects
- Strong financial, contractual, and program management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal
- Proven ability to lead and develop project teams
- Desire to deliver quality outcomes while building lasting client relationships
